Where are all of the Teens going?

Facebook use by high school and college users dropped 16.5 percent and 21.7 percent, respectively.

“There have been rumors that these younger user groups are being alienated by their parents joining the service, and this data seems to prove it,” iStrategyLabs CEO Peter Corbett wrote in this statement

Facebook has experienced a “staggering increase,” in users—513.7 percent—aged 55 and older in the last six months.

iStrategyLabs, which culled demographics and statistics from Facebook’s social ads platform, found that fewer than 1 million users aged 55 and older used Facebook in January 2009. Conversely, more than 5.8 million Facebook users fell in the 55+ age range as of July 4.

So it seems as Facebook becomes more popular their base may end up leaving to find the new cool thing. At Qittle we believe a balanced Social Networking presence is important but don’t be fooled this is a very hot and cold space. So use them all through our Social Networking updating tool to build your Mobile Data Base, because we’ll always have a Cell Phone but we may not always be Facebookers.

power outage

So you are in the middle of a major project and just like that the power goes off. That is no fun. How do you stay connected during a power outage. Well hopefully your smart phone is fully charged and you are good to go.
