The “Mobile/Social Media at its Best – Live The Dream” seminar will invite successful local social media experts in each city to speak in order to make the seminar a community event. This seminar is a very interactive, audience-involved workshop. Attendants will have opportunities to network, learn new free tools to make their business successful, interact through text message surveys with real time corresponding graphs and many opportunities for audience questions.
At our Glenwood Springs event we have 2 local experts joining us in the panel discussion. Josh Lewis of Blue Tent Marketing and Anna Gauldin who manages the Glenwood Chamber Social Networking sites.
Josh Lewis
Principal & VP of Marketing at Blue Tent Marketing
Josh has been involved in the internet marketing space since 1998. In
internet time, that means he's practically a dinosaur. He helped start
the locally-based internet marketing agency Blue Tent Marketing in 2003,
which has since evolved into one of the premier internet marketing
agencies in Colorado. He brings a wealth of experience in working with
small- to medium- sized companies and organizations to help them "Win on
the Web" by engaging a wide range new media marketing channels from
dynamic websites, search marketing and web analytics, to email marketing
and social media.
Anna Gauldin, 17, is a junior at Glenwood Springs High School. She is currently enrolled in Journalism II as sports
editor and a staff writer for the school paper, The Brimstone; and English Composition 121, a CMC English course.
She began working for her mother’s public relations business several years ago, and recently began taking on
her own clients for social media. She manages the Facebook, Twitter, and Trip Advisor pages for both the city of
Glenwood Springs and the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association. Anna is considering a Journalism major.
